From the Executive Director

What a whirlwind of a year! 2023 began with the heartbreaking news that we were losing the Warming Hut, but is ending with so much excitement around the potential in our new location. While the Warming Hut will always hold a special place in our hearts, the Bancroft House has already proved to be a fantastic launch pad for the expansion of our community outreach and educational impact. I am so excited by the multitude of opportunities before us and the growth that this will bring to our organization.

As a start to our new programmatic offerings, we are hosting winter break programming with expanded hours at the Nature Center. These programs are geared toward families and are completely free! Please spread the word to friends and family who may be interested in visiting during the holidays.
