Our Annual BASH & Benefit is on Friday, June 5, 2026
5–8:30pm at the Evergreen Elks Lodge.
$75 per person

The theme this year is “A Soaring Soirée”, so get ready for a “rapturous” evening!

Join us for an evening of delicious appetizers, libations, great company, and the opportunity to raise funds to support Evergreen Audubon & Evergreen Nature Center. There will be silent and live auctions, a “Buy Now” table, paddle raises, raffles, a “Beak or Talons” fundraising game, and other activities to entertain you, including some live birds of prey that will be visiting us during the evening!

The Annual Bash & Benefit is a casual affair, you don’t need to wear fancy attire unless it’s your style. We want you to enjoy the evening with like-minded people who support us.

Your $75 ticket includes heavy appetizers, 2 drink tickets (beer & wine), soft drinks, and dessert.

Can you provide a fun or unusual experience for the silent auction?
EXPERIENCES ARE ALWAYS OUR BEST SELLERS!

Here are some ideas for items we’d love to see in the auction this year:

• In keeping with our theme, do you have a contact who could donate a pair of tickets for a hot-air balloon ride? A flight simulator experience?  A scenic helicopter ride?  Admission tickets for Wings Over the Rockies? A kite-building workshop?
• How about hosting a party? A dinner party featuring a fun menu, a murder mystery, or a special guest? A cocktail party? A dessert party? Game night? A flight-themed movie screening? A dance party? A child’s birthday party?
• What about hosting a workshop? Cooking or baking? Cake decorating?  Music related? Art & Crafts? Sewing or needlework? Photography?
• What services can you offer? Gardening Design? Catering? Personal Training? IT consulting? Home Repair? Bike Tuning?
• What do you like to do for fun? Maybe you could donate a gift card to your favorite activity: Theatre Tickets? Museum Membership? Theme Park Passes? Zip-Lining?
