Evergreen Audubon is again teaming up with Denver Parks and Recreation and Evergreen’s Wild Aware organization to continue the Wildlife Watch project. This project relies on volunteers to educate visitors to Evergreen Lake about our local elk.  This is especially important in June, during calving, and later in the fall during rutting season.

Volunteer training will be held on Saturday, May 6 from 10 am – 12 pm at Evergreen Lake. We will meet at the picnic tables just next to the parking lot.
