All ages and abilities welcome!  Join Chuck Aid and Dwight Souder for our Rosy-Finch Bird Walk, on Saturday, February 15 from 7:30 to 12:00 AM. We will be visiting a few houses in the Mestaa’ehehe vicinity that can potentially be good for seeing Rosy-Finches and other higher elevation birds.  The only catch being that if the weather is too nice, the Rosy-Finches may not show up.  NO GUARANTEES!  So hopefully, it will be snowing gently with perhaps a little breeze.

Bring water, a snack, and extra clothing layers.  Remember if you have too many extra clothes you can leave an item or two in the car.  Just because you bring it doesn’t mean you have to wear it.  Also, while two of our potential sites are easily visited (and that may be enough for you), a couple of other places may necessitate yaktrax or, better yet, spikes, and trekking poles.  Meet at the Bergen Park-and-Ride at 7:30 AM.  Details will be sent to registrants.

These walks are for Evergreen Audubon members and their guests. Non-members won’t be turned away but will be encouraged to join Evergreen Audubon.  You must register here to attend this event.  If you are registering for more than one person, please enter each person separately.  This event is filled when we have 12 registrants; however, even if the walk appears full go ahead and register anyway and you will be placed on the waitlist.  Cancelations do occur with some regularity.

Thanks!
Chuck Aid
