Does your young explorer enjoy a good outdoor challenge?  Our Explore More! Nature Camps are drawing from our Evergreen Nature Center’s Explore More! Challenge book.  Each day we will embark on a new journey and nature challenge in a new natural area.  Challenges will include:  Hiking, Respectful Recreation, Plants, Birds and Wildlife.  As a group we will search for as many plants and animals as we can for our challenges as well as incorporating Leave No Trace principles into our exploration.  Campers will be given the choice of utilizing a variety of science tools, art materials and nature journals to complete their challenges and connect more deeply with the natural world.

We will begin our first day of camp learning how to “Respectfully Recreate” around Evergreen Lake and execute each of our Explore More! challenges at a new open space park each following day of camp.  The Evergreen FlexRide bus service will be accommodating our camps by picking up and dropping off our group of Playful Pika at the nature center and taking us to a new open space each following day. Sign up soon before they fill up!

Registration by May 15, 2022 includes an Evergreen Audubon Camp T-Shirt! Registration will remain open after May 15, but a t-shirt will not be included.

An Early Care option is available M-F for $50 for week or $15 per day.

Minimum class size is 5, and maximum is 12.
