Weld County is huge, but we will be focusing on the portion between Hudson and Kersey where the waterbird habitats are extensive with numerous ponds and cattail marshes.

We will be focusing on nesting Prairie Falcons and Peregrine Falcons with perhaps a dash of early migrants thrown in on the side. We will also be checking in on the nesting Golden Eagles in Bear Creek Canyon.
