Grant Dickerson is an Associate Wildlife Biologist and a newcomer to Evergreen. Grant has over 10 years of environmental experience at the intersection of science, land management, and the public good. His work has spanned over 30 states moving between fieldwork and policy conversations, between helicopter surveys and stakeholder meetings, and between raw data and the story it needs to tell.
Grant was born in Boulder and grew up in Orlando exploring the beaches and swamps. He attended Missouri State University where he obtained his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Wildlife Biology. His thesis focused on the nesting success of barn owls using nest boxes in Southwest Missouri.
Grant enjoys traveling, fly-fishing, hiking, golf, and photography. He and his fiancee live in a cabin in the woods with their dog. He is very much not retired.
